Lets follow the type of problem with the solution
Step 1 : Window store is not working
1.From the Desktop
2.Press the Windows key + R
(Window key is the four square key between ctrl and alt button on the keyboard)
3.Type WSReset.exe and hit OK
Step 2: Particular app is not working
In that case, we have to uninstall and re-install that particular apps
1. To begin, access the Start Menu by pressing the Windows Key or by hovering the cursor in the bottom left of the screen.
2. Locate the application you would like to uninstall and right click on the icon. A check-mark will appear in the right corner to indicate an application has been selected. Click Uninstall on the toolbar that appears at the bottom of the screen.
3. To Re-install , you have to go to window store
4. In the App Store you can browse for the app you want based on Category, which is can be further refined by choosing they Paid, Free or New Releases.
5.Just click on the app you want to install.
6. The Install page gives you lots of information about the app, including permissions (which of your PC’s resources it is allowed to access), a star rating, links to relevant web pages (such as the publisher’s website) and user reviews
7. If you decide that you want the app, click Install.
8. The app will now appear as a Live Tile on your Start screen
