Internet Explorer is not working

Lets follow the following steps to resolve issue

Step 1: Reset Internet Explorer

1.Close all Internet Explorer and Windows Explorer windows that are currently open.

2. Open Internet Explorer by double clicking on blue e icon on the desktop.

3.Click the Tools button , and then click Internet options.

or 

4. Click the Advanced tab, and then click Reset.

Select the Delete personal settings check box if you would also like to remove browsing history, search providers, Accelerators, home pages, Tracking Protection, and ActiveX Filtering data.

5.In the Reset Internet Explorer Settings dialog box, click Reset.


6.When Internet Explorer finishes applying default settings, click Close, and then click OK.

7.Close Internet Explorer.

If the issue still exist then follow the next steps

Step 2: Third Party Remove

To disable the tool bands and Browser Helper Objects, follow these steps: 

1.Press Window and x key together and select control panel

2. Click on large icon in control panel

2.Double-click Internet Options.

3.Click the Advanced tab.

4.Under Browsing, click to clear the Enable third-party browser extensions (requires restart) check box.

5.Restart Internet Explorer.

A tool band is a band object that was introduced with Internet Explorer 5 to support the Radio Toolbar feature. This feature can put a window on a band that is contained by the Rebar control that holds the toolbars in Internet Explorer. For additional information about tool bands.

Step : 3 Uninstall and reinstall Internet Explorer

Lets follow the steps to uninstall and re-install fresh Internet explorer 

1. Press window  and r key together to get the run box and type APPWIZ.CPL and hit enter/OK

2. Click on Turn window feature on or off

3. Uncheck the internet Explorer from the lisk and click apply and ok 

4. Restart the computer to make the changes take effect.

5. Press window  and r key together to get the run box and type APPWIZ.CPL and hit enter/OK

.

 6. Click on Turn window feature on or off

7. Check the internet Explorer from the lisk and click apply and ok 

8. Restart the computer to make the changes take effect.

This  will install the fresh internet explorer and resolve all the issue related to Internet Explorer
